Founded in 2007 as “Threshold,” and later rebranded to “Indivar Integrated Solutions” (or simply “Indivar”), the company initially focused on providing expert recruitment services. Indivar has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality permanent staffing, temp/contract staffing, and talent acquisition solutions, earning the trust of numerous corporate clients and multinational companies.
Over time, and with encouragement from its loyal clients, Indivar expanded its services beyond recruitment to encompass a wide range of HR solutions. Today, in addition to staffing, Indivar offers comprehensive services in Training and Development, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Management, and various HR interventions including Performance Management Systems (PMS), HR documentation, workforce planning, succession planning, and psychometric analysis.

Timelines of Growth
2011
Indivar expanded into the distribution of engineering products, particularly valves, under the banner IRN Enterprises. Alongside this, the company continued offering consulting services in sales and business development, both within India and internationally.
2014
Indivar ventured into the software and web development industry, launching Prayog Software Solutions. Over time, the company has grown significantly, offering both product and service development solutions under various banners.
2019
Indivar diversified into the education sector with the launch of Daksha Academy under leaderships of Ms. Sudha Nagaraja and Ms. Bindu Vijayan, an initiative aimed at nurturing young minds. The academy focuses on grooming children from their Montessori years through both academic and cultural education programs.
2024
Indivar rekindled its mission in the Exports and Imports business. This new chapter harks back to the founder, Mr. Naveen Gundalpet Ananthanarayana’s early experiences at Infocom Network Limited (now tradeindia.com) from 1998 to 2007. During this time, he played a pivotal role in promoting Indian manufacturing on the global stage, representing India at major international events across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Today, Indivar’s mission is to act as a physical bridge between the Indian manufacturing community and foreign buyers, facilitating the exchange of quality products and services worldwide.
